Special Protectors® Deluxe Neoprene Back Support An excellent quality lumbar support belt effective in preventing injury to the lumbar spine and reducing pain and inflammation associated with existing injury. The belt features double-pull side 'wings' that can be tightened to provide an extra level of compression when required. To provide extra support in the lumbar area, it also features five sewn-in flexible plastic inserts that help to stiffen the belt and further protect against injury.The back support is constructed out of closed-cell neoprene rubber, which is covered by a nylon fabric coating.
